At Raqwa USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- A Raqwa USA product (coffee machines, coffee pods, or related items)
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In the original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Health and personal care items
Defective Coffee Machines
If your coffee machine is defective, it must be reported within 3 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as:
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Sale Items

If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the gift was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
